2. To receive $100 PPS bonus your sales must be sent on 5th of February.

and amount of joins sent on 05/02/10 to earn your $100 PPS.
4. Claim email must be sent to email address above and no later than February 8th, 2010
5. We will add the bonus onto your next affiliate payout! (We process results on the following week)
